is an IEP and Parent Coach, but more importantly than that, she is a mom of 4 wonderful kids and married to her college sweetheart(he is also a special education teacher). She has facilitated over two dozen IEP meetings annually as a member of the Assessment Team while in the classroom as a Special Education Teacher and advocated to help parents be more impactful members at the IEP table. She is now bridging the two, IEP and Parent expertise, into coaching services to help parents take the lead on their students' educational roadmap, create more inclusive educational and recreational experiences, and learn new parenting tools. Courtney Burnett, SLPA; B.C.A.S.E.
is a parent and a board-certified advocate in special education. Courtney also grew up on an IEP for her learning disability. Courtney is a mom to three amazing kids and has been married to her high school sweetheart for the last twenty-three years.
Courtney has been helping families navigate special education and systems of care for the last ten years. Courtney is also the creator of IEP In A Day, and her signature course, Parent to Parent-Visual communication, made easy.
