You've got the passion. I've got the business strategy that works.
This isn't just mentorship. It's your step by step plan for success.
Parents will seek you out. Schools will know your name.
NICE TO MEET YOU
Hi, I'm Courtney!
For over 15 years, I’ve been in the fight—helping hundreds of families take control of their IEPs, secure the services their children deserve, and hold schools accountable.
I’m not just an advocate—I’m a Board-Certified Special Education Advocate, an IEP Coach, a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant, and a relentless disabilities advocate.
What does this mean for you?
I turned my passion for helping families into a thriving business—and I want to show you how to do it, too.
You’ll gain access to my 15+ years of expertise and real-world experience so you can avoid the mistakes most new advocates make.
But know this:
This isn’t cookie-cutter mentorship. I’ll help you create a marketing strategy that fits your strengths and goals.
Most importantly. You’ll have me in your back pocket with weekly support and tailored guidance every step of the way.
Whether you're just starting or ready to scale, I'll help you turn your passion for advocacy into a business that not only supports your family but changes lives.

From Passion to Profession

- Career-changers with purpose looking to build a business with both meaningful impact and sustainable income in the special education space.
- Existing advocates who have the passion but need the business strategy to turn occasional advocacy into a thriving, respected practice
- You want someone in your back pocket every day (hey, that's me!) so you can ask questions, get feedback, and have a quick brainstorming session.

From Struggling Mom to Six-Figure Special Education Advocate
Fifteen years ago, I was a newer mom—actually a really broke newer mom—trying to figure out how to pay for my child’s therapy and adaptive equipment that insurance refused to cover. Every dollar mattered. Every decision felt impossible. I didn’t set out to become a special education advocate. I set out to survive.
I had no business experience. No roadmap. Just a determination to fight for my child and a growing realization that I wasn’t alone—other parents were just as lost, overwhelmed, and desperate for help as I was.
So, I started small. Helping parents navigate their child’s IEP. Sitting beside them in meetings. Researching, learning, advocating—first for my own child, then for other families. I didn’t charge much at first—just enough to help cover the therapy bills. But the more I worked with families, the more I saw firsthand how my knowledge and experience were making a real difference. I wasn’t just another mom in the room—I became the expert who got families results.

From Passion to Profession
What started as a side hustle became a calling. I pursued training, earned my Board Certification as a Special Education Advocate, and specialized in AAC, Sensory Needs, and Neuroaffirming IEPs. I built a reputation for being the advocate who doesn’t back down—who knows the laws, the loopholes, and exactly how to get schools to listen and take action.
Word spread. Families started reaching out, not just locally but across the country. My passion turned into a business. My business turned into a six-figure advocacy practice.
Now, I don’t just help parents fight for their children—I teach other parents and professionals how to turn their own expertise into a career that changes lives.
Why I Do This
I know what it’s like to sit in an IEP meeting feeling powerless, wondering if anyone in the room truly sees your child for who they are and what they need. I know the frustration of battling a system that wasn’t built for our kids. But I also know this—when you understand the laws, the strategies, and the power of relentless advocacy, everything changes.
Now imagine being the person who gives that same confidence and clarity to other parents. Imagine building a business where your knowledge and experience don’t just help your own child, but hundreds of families who need someone to guide them.
Because when you step into advocacy, students win.
And when parents become the experts, we don’t just fight the system—we change it.
