Let’s take your basic, minimum IEP and transform it into a specialized document that gives your child exactly what they need and enhances their learning and life – now and after high school.
Oh, and this all takes less than 24 hours!
Frustrated by everything I don’t know about special education and IEPs
Burnt out with the process, the red tape, roadblocks, endless waits, and mountains of paperwork
Confused about what’s even available or what I can ask for
Lonely and isolated – no one really knows how to support you or understand what you’re going
Overwhelmed by knowing my child needs help and support, but having no idea how to help them
You love your child and want what’s best for them, it’s just really hard to do it on your own. I absolutely get it – I’ve been through all of this myself. And that’s why I created IEP in a Day.

Step One: Upload your child’s existing IEP to my secure online portal and pick the date and time for your work session
Step Two: Download your customized IEP in a Day workbook or request a bound and printed copy to be mailed to you
Step Three: Transform your child’s IEP and get everything you need to have the most successful IEP meeting in our VIP Day work session. We’ll work through it all together so you are confident and comfortable advocating for your child. A really great IEP makes future meetings so much easier – once you have something new added, it will likely stay and become the new standard.
Step Four: You’ll have 30 days of support so you can get my expert advice and feedback throughout the implementation process. If the school pushes back on a request, denies an accommodation, or tries to change or eliminate consultation
I help parents understand and advocate for their child’s best needs through my custom IEP in a Day program. Watch this video to learn how I work with families just like you.
"Before working with Courtney, my daughter was excluded from school activities because of her food allergy. After working with Courtney, not only did my child receive the services and support that she needed, Courtney's expertise educated the entire school district on inclusion for her allergy!"

"I knew my daughter needed support, but I didn't know where to start. Courtney helped me navigate the process by getting my daughter tested. She assisted me during the process to get the IEP meeting set up. We live in different states, but Courtney went the extra mile to be on the phone to coach me during the actual meeting!"

"Before our next IEP meeting, Courtney listened to all of our requests for Benny. She was able to translate exactly what we wanted so the school could understand our needs. Courtney even attended an IEP meeting with us to make sure the school legally implemented everything that we wanted."

IEP in a Day is designed for anyone who is seeking assistance with the IEP process, whether you have an existing IEP or not.
No. This program is to equip you with everything you need so your IEP that is created through the school system is done correctly.
I will review your current 504 plan with you to ensure that is the best plan for your child. If it is suited for your child to transition to an IEP, we will develop the recommendations to bring to your IEP meeting.

What happens in these meetings impacts your child for years. When you don’t have a clear plan,
it’s easy for important supports to be missed, delayed, or dismissed.
You walk into IEP meetings unsure what to say or ask for.
Decisions get made that don’t reflect who your child really is.
Services stay patchy, inconsistent, or “waitlisted.”
Your child continues to struggle in a system that doesn’t fully see them.
You know exactly what to ask for and why it matters.
Meetings stay focused on your child’s needs—not just the school’s limits.
You leave with next steps you understand and can track.
You get a plan designed to help your child actually learn, grow, and belong.

You don’t need another confusing process. You need a simple path that helps you prepare, feel confident, and know what to do next.
Start with a quick look at your options—DIY prep, focused IEP review, or full one‑on‑one advocacy—so you can pick what fits your family and
your budget.
Use step‑by‑step videos, guided questionnaires, and/or personal feedback from me to organize your concerns, clarify your goals, and plan what to ask for at the IEP table.
Show up prepared, speak up for your child with clarity, and leave knowing you advocated for the services and supports they
truly need.

"After numerous difficult conversations with my daughter’s school and district, I reached out to Courtney for assistance.
She was immediately available to talk on such short notice and listened to my situation. I wish I would have known about her sooner.
I highly recommend her and will definitely be hiring her for our future IEP meetings. Thank you Courtney."

"I found Courtney on Instagram when I felt lost and overwhelmed. She helped me build a team, create a clear plan, and understand what to expect.
She took time to understand our unique situation, came prepared with state law knowledge, and offered steady encouragement.
During our IEP meeting, Courtney was calm, supportive, and confident. She helped translate my nervous, scattered thoughts into clear points and guided the conversation every step of the way.
We had an amazing outcome, and I truly credit that success to her. I will absolutely have Courtney on my team for future meetings."
